From uncertainty to clarity.

I created KairosXP to help business leaders move from uncertainty to clarity. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of finance, operations, systems, training, and leadership. That perspective allows me to look beyond the report, understand how the underlying work gets done, and help clients improve both the numbers and the processes behind them.

My experience spans more than 30 years across accounting, financial leadership, business operations, process improvement, education, and entrepreneurship. I have worked in complex environments where leaders need more than technical answers. They need someone who can identify the root cause, explain the business impact, organize the work, and help the team carry the solution forward.

That is the role KairosXP is designed to fill.

How I Work

I begin by listening carefully to the questions leadership is trying to answer. I review the facts, follow the workflow, and connect financial outcomes to operational activity. Then I translate what I find into a practical plan with clear priorities, ownership, and next steps.
